The CHAI, designed by an architect, dates back to 2005. It has modern equipment and is particularly easy to operate and maintain.

The entirestainless steel winery (capacity 1000 Hl) is equipped with thermoregulation devices to carry out the winemaking under conditions of total control.

Behind the red cellar, a breeding cellar houses 60 barrels. Wines produced according to their degree of ageing and selection range from pleasure wines focused on fruit restitution to great wines of care.
The estate is located in the hills of the Left Bank of Dordogne on a hill surrounded by two small valleys. The plot has 12 plots in production on 14.5Ha 30Ha of the field.
The rest of the land consists of meadows on 8 Ha, arable land for 6Ha and forest on 2Ha.The vines have been farmed in Organic Agriculture since 2006, certified by ECOCERT and since 2019 worked in Biodynamics with a view to DEMETER certification.
The project is to replant on agricultural land herbs and aromatic plants that will constitute the bulk of our treatments. Some of the work of the soils in animal traction should be put in place soon as well as the introduction of sulphite-free cuvées.
Most soils are clay-textured. Geological formations are originally limestone. The presence of the limestone bench in the basement of most low-lying areas allows for good natural drainage of water circulations. The presence of Calcium and Magnesium ensures good soil stability. The location of the estate is mainly of northern exposure with low slopes.
The authorized varieties are those of the list of recommended grape varieties in the department of Dordogne.
The reds are assembled from cabernet-sauvignon N, cabernet-franc N and merlot N, sometimes complemented by Côt N, more rarely servadou N or merlle N. They often have a dark color, a generous bouquet and full-bodied flavors.
The whites are assembled from the semillon B, sauvignon blanc B and grey G grapes, mainly Muscadelle B, to which are sometimes added ugni blanc B, ondenc B and chenin B.
